Key Account Manager - Fleet Solutions
Job location: Home office based
Job description
- Development of Fleet Solutions business in designated area by applying guidelines and defined strategy
- Acquisition of the new customers and maintenance of existing customers
- Building up the relations and trust with the customers by providing tailored made solutions and business consultancy (including reporting and KPI’s)
- Improvement of the quality of service providers network (audits, trainings, KPI’s)
- Sales systems maintenance and management (CRM; Cesar)
- Tire management, collection of references and tire performance
- Resolving customer complaints and warranties
- Collection of market information and fulfillment of different reports
- Preparation of sales documentations (tender documentation, invoices, credit notes)
- Efficient and clear communication with different supporting departments
Candidate profile
- University degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, economy, management
- Previous experience in tire / automotive industry - advantage but not essential
- Fluent in Serbian and English languages – mandatory
- Knowledge of German, Hungarian and/or Slovenian - advantage but not essential
- Driving licence with B category and readiness for frequent travels
