Support the consumer services team in managing VAS (Value Added Services) and digital services and contribute to providing the best customer experience. Continuously monitoring potential gaps between ambitions, forecasted and actual performance, interpreting it and suggesting areas of improvements. You are expected to ensure timely and quality input and support for the achievement of team’s and company goals.
What we will expect from you:
- Be proactive owner of respective digital and VAS services categories, contributing to fulfillment of main team and company KPIs.
- Provide support from business perspective to customer care and tech support teams.
- Contribute to preparation, analysis and distribution of relevant documentation, maintaining and updating periodical reports to management, relevant stakeholders, finance sector, service partners etc.
- Identify reporting automation opportunities and implement activities that will support fast and automated report delivery.
- Cooperate with other teams and sectors (e.g. marketing and tech) to provide the best services and customer experience.
For a good start, you will need:
- University degree or in final year
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong logical reasoning.
- Structured and analytical.
