KICKSTART - External Partner Relations Specialist - intern

What we will expect from you:

• Supporting the sales process of external partners by conducting all necessary analyses of customer profiles and their eligibility for various products and services.
• Maintaining administrative coordination between external sales agents and internal departments across the company.
• Completing offers and processing contracts initiated by external sales representatives, while ensuring that all relevant information is accurately entered into internal systems in accordance with CRM procedures.
• Contacting customers to arrange the delivery of products and services.
• Coordinating all necessary activities for external partners to ensure the efficient closing of sales interactions with new and existing Yettel customers.

For a good start you will need:

• Minimum High School education
• Good command of English
• Proactive mindset and initiative
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong sense of responsibility and reliability in your work
