KICKSTART - IT Service Integration Engineer - intern

We are looking for an IT Service Integration Engineer Intern to join our Operation Support Systems team and support end-to-end service activation across multiple platforms. You'll work on real tasks within the provisioning lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience with systems such as Service Order Management, Auto Configuration Server and related OSS components — with guidance and support from experienced engineers.

What we will expect from you:

• Support and help manage provisioning processes across OSS platforms
• Coordinate with vendors regarding platform issues, improvements, and feature requests
• Work with internal teams on system integrations, helping ensure reliable API and workflow connectivity
• Help translate service requirements into technical workflows and provisioning rules
• Assist in mapping service parameters and commands between systems (e.g., Service Order Management → Auto
• Configuration Server → device)
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to new service launches or platform upgrades
• Maintain documentation of provisioning flows, integration points, and system behaviors

For a good start, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree, or final year of studies, in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field
• Basic understanding of, or strong interest in, IT/telecom systems and provisioning flows
• Willingness to work hands-on with provisioning systems, APIs, and workflows
• Ability to analyze system integrations, workflows, and data flows
• Good analytical mindset and problem-solving approach
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
