Description
- In this role, you will proactively identify and acquire new B2B customers, focusing on hunter sales and new business development
- You will approach industrial decision makers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and face‑to‑face meetings
- Also, you will lead discovery and needs‑assessment discussions to understand customer operations, applications, and potential
- Identify and develop business opportunities, positioning the company’s products and solutions to deliver clear and measurable customer value
- Build and grow new customer relationships, driving expansion across industrial and technical applications
- Own the full sales cycle, from initial customer contact through offer coordination to successful contract closing
- Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with technical experts, inside sales, and sales management
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- Proven B2B hunter sales experience, ideally gained in industrial, technical, or solution‑based sales environments
- Confidence and resilience in cold calling and engaging senior‑level decision makers
- Excellent communication skills with full professional fluency in Serbian and English proficiency considered a strong advantage
- A technical and analytical mindset, with the ability to discuss processes, applications, and operational challenges with customers
- Strong motivation driven by new customer acquisition, ambitious targets, and measurable sales results
- A structured, independent, and results‑focused working style, combined with effective collaboration across cross‑functional teams
- A valid driving license and readiness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
- The ability to perform and succeed in a dynamic, performance‑driven sales environment
