Lab Tester

Location: Apatin, Serbia
Department: Quality Department
Reports to: Measurement Engineer 
Work Type: Full-time, shift work (including overnight work)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform laboratory measurements of parts and components according to technical drawings and inspection plans. 
2. Use precision measurement equipment such as height gauges, profile projector, surface roughness tester, hardness tester, and CMM (if applicable). 
3. Prepare measurement reports and ensure accurate documentation and traceability. 
4. Support calibration and verification of measuring equipment in accordance with internal procedures. 
5. Maintain laboratory cleanliness, equipment status, and measurement records. 
6. Support capability studies (MSA, GR&R) and measurement-related problem solving. 
7. Assist in sample testing for new product development and trial production. 
8. Support customer and internal audits related to laboratory and metrology. 
9. Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF quality requirements and safety regulations. 

Requirements:

1. Level IV or above, Technical secondary school diploma or higher education in mechanical/industrial field preferred. 
2. Experience in laboratory measurement/metrology is preferred. 
3. Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T tolerances. 
4. Familiar with measurement methods and calibration concepts. 
5. Good computer skills (Excel, reporting). 
6. Responsible, accurate, and detail-oriented. 
7. English is required, Chinese is a plus.
