Lab tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare samples for different types of laboratory testing;
• Cut and prepare testing samples using CNC saws and other cutting equipment;
• Conduct tensile testing of metallic materials (Tensile Test);
• Perform product cleanliness testing (Cleanliness Test);
• Conduct welding tests and inspections;
• Perform chemical analysis and testing;
• Conduct XRF testing and other laboratory tests as required;
• Record test results and accurately complete laboratory documentation and testing reports;
• Perform basic maintenance of laboratory equipment and maintain 5S standards within the laboratory;
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Technical secondary school diploma or higher, preferably in a technical, engineering, science, or related field;
• Basic English language skills required for daily work and laboratory documentation;
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn;
• Ability to work with laboratory and technical equipment;
• Willingness to work rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, rotating weekly;
• Willingness to work occasional weekday overtime and scheduled weekend overtime;
• Previous experience in laboratory testing, quality inspection, material testing, or working with similar equipment is considered an advantage.
