We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Generation & Growth Specialist to join our team in support of our US-based partner company, Fondu. Fondu is a creative video agency empowering brands across tech, finance, healthcare, and beyond to build trust, generate pipeline, and create raving fans through cinematic storytelling.
As a Lead Generation & Growth Specialist, you will work directly with the company’s founder and build a predictable outbound pipeline. You will own lead generation from research through qualified discovery calls, constantly looking for opportunities to improve results and helping shape our overall growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn and other research tools
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and Instagram
- Develop personalized outreach messaging that generates conversations
- Qualify inbound and outbound prospects through discovery calls
- Book high-quality meetings for the Founder and leadership team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline
- Identify new opportunities, channels, and strategies to improve lead generation performance
- Collaborate with the Founder to refine messaging, positioning, and outreach strategy
- Work closely with the US team when opportunities require additional sales support
- Use AI tools to improve research, outreach, workflow efficiency, and personalization
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, business development, or agency sales
- Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and multichannel outbound campaigns
- Confident leading discovery and qualification calls with prospective clients
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience using CRMs
- Strong proficiency with AI tools such as Claude and similar AI assistants, as well as AI tools for basic design to create/adjust proposals and decks for clients
- Experience selling creative, marketing, production, or agency services is highly preferred
- Experience in sales closing is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive and highly experienced
- Strategic thinker who enjoys improving systems and testing new ideas
- Friendly, personable, and confident speaking with senior decision-makers
- Highly collaborative and enjoys working in a small, entrepreneurial team
We offer:
- Full-time, remote work
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, start at 3pm CET or later
- Compensation: base salary 60% and 40% performance-based commission
