We are looking for creative people with entrepreneurial mindset to join our R&D team on the following position:

Lean Startup Customer Developer

You will be a part of a cross-functional team working on new products development, in a startup-like environment, following Lean Startup methodology. You’ll bridge technical and business worlds as you design new products using rapid, customer-focused iterations. You will participate in brainstorming, evaluation and development of ideas gathered through internal company innovation pipeline.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Involvement in the idea generation process for new products
• Moderating internal brainstorming sessions during the innovation process
• Ideas validation through customer validation experiments. Providing feedback from end-users
• Business model design and prototyping according to the methodology
• Defining product vision and strategy
• Researching for sizing the market/opportunity/competition
• Defining important product related metrics, gathering and analyzing them
• Using various Lean Startup and Customer Development tools and techniques
