Legal Professional

We’re looking for a qualified corporate lawyer with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic legal tech team. In this role, you’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to design legally sound workflows, help train and validate AI systems, and ensure the legal accuracy of automated tools. You’ll translate complex legal principles into structured inputs for AI, act as a legal quality gatekeeper, and stay current on legal developments to keep our platform sharp and compliant. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to design and implement legally sound workflows, including automated legal checklists.
• Translate legal requirements and corporate law principles into structured inputs usable by AI systems and rule-based engines.
• Review outputs from AI models and automated tools to ensure legal accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current corporate law standards.
• Assist in training and refining AI models by providing legal context, identifying gaps, and validating scenarios and edge cases.
• Stay up-to-date with corporate legal developments (e.g. compliance, governance, M&A) and integrate those insights into platform features.
• Contribute to the development of legal content, guidance layers, and documentation to support user-facing products.
• Act as a legal quality gatekeeper—testing features from a legal perspective before deployment.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience practicing corporate law.
• Strong understanding of corporate transactions and commercial contracts.
• High level of technical competence working with and learning new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to contribute to innovation in the legal space.
• Bonus: Previous experience in LegalTech or a tech-focused company is a plus.
