Lider alatnice / DIE Mold Lead

As the process owner for die mold (punching and shearing die), to oversee the procurement and management of mold and equipment, provide technical support to production, collaborate with engineering, and ensure the continuity of production processes.To manage the entire lifecycle of press mold, from specification determination to efficient operation and maintenance. Alongside proper operational management within the process, to conduct personnel development and evaluations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Together with the DIE Mold Manager, review the specifications of the new product (motor core) and the details of the estimates submitted to the mold manufacturer.
• Together with the DIE Mold Manager, prepare mold requirement specifications and discuss specifications with mold manufacturers.
• Together with the production manager, develop maintenance procedures and flowcharts for new mold.
• Conduct acceptance inspections for new mold, adjust mold during try-out, and determine pass/fail.
• Address mold-related issues during mass production (including mold modifications).
• Procurement and management of equipment, inspection tools, jigs, etc., required for mold maintenance.
• Maintenance and management of mold, spare parts, and maintenance components.
• Review and management of mold maintenance productivity.
• Creation and management of QMS documents related to molds and maintenance.
• Together with the DIE Mold Manager, development of training plans and competency assessments for mold maintenance technicians.
• Creation and management of monthly and weekly mold maintenance schedules.
• Verification of planned and actual mold maintenance activities.
• Together with the DIE Mold Manager, development of training plans and competency assessments for mold technicians.
• Guidance and development of mold engineers.
• Management of goals and evaluations for mold maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Labor management of mold maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Operates internal transport equipment (forklift, hoists).
• Training and development of team members.
• Setting goals for the team, monitoring, and analyzing performance against KPIs and other key metrics.
• Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and taking corrective actions if needed for key performance indicators of the department.
• Proposing and actively implementing measures to improve efficiency and enhance internal specifications and procedures.
• Disciplinary and professional leadership of team members, particularly in developing and improving specific knowledge.
• Regularly monitoring and evaluating team members' attitude toward work and performance according to internal standards.
• Implementing regular and defined internal communication measures with team members.

Required Qualifications :

• University degree in a technical field
• 1 year experience in a manufacturing company (experience in steel processing is an advantage)

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to read drawings, work instructions, control plans, and bill of materials
• Knowledge of CNC grinding machines and equipment in the tool shop
• IATF 16949
• Proficiency in English (middle level)
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
