About the Role

We are looking for a Link Building Specialist to help Bluedot earn mentions and placements on websites that large language models learn from.

This is not a traditional SEO role. Your primary goal is to get Bluedot cited, recommended, and referenced across the kind of authoritative, well-structured content that AI systems like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity pull from when answering questions about AI meeting tools.

You will identify and reach out to sites, blogs, newsletters, directories, and resource pages — and negotiate placements that are genuinely useful to both sides.

What You’ll Do

• Identify websites, listicles, comparison pages, roundups, and resource hubs where Bluedot should appear
• Research and prioritize targets based on domain authority, topical relevance, LLM citation potential, and traffic
• Write and send outreach emails to editors, site owners, and content managers
• Negotiate guest post placements, editorial mentions, and link insertions
• Track outreach pipeline from first contact to published placement
• Monitor and audit existing backlink and citation profile
• Stay up to date on how LLMs surface and cite sources, and adjust targeting accordingly

About You

• You have hands-on experience in link building, digital PR, or outreach-based SEO
• You write clear, concise outreach emails that get replies
• You’re organized and can manage a large pipeline of conversations simultaneously
• You’re comfortable working independently and hitting weekly targets without being micromanaged
• You understand the difference between links that move rankings and mentions that influence AI-generated responses
• Strong written English is a must

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with LLM/GEO optimization concepts (how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude cite sources)
• Experience placing content on publications in the SaaS, productivity, or AI space
• Experience with tools like Ahrefs or similar
• Experience with guest posting at scale
