Logistic Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistic Coordinator in Vranje 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, or tracking vehicles 
• Independently handles a high volume of tasks (multitasking)
• Organize transport and provides support via phone and email
• Advanced planning based on market research and predictions
• Independent judgement in order to maximize clients satisfaction
• Ensures all services are performed to client expectations
• Monitors assignments to ensure maximum efficiency of pick up and delivery

Education and/or Experience:

• Related job experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Minimum high school education
• Degree in logistics and/or economics is preferable but not mandatory

Competencies:

• Strong English skills – mandatory
• Good negotiation skills
• Spanish language is desirable
• Self-initiative and proactive 
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Responsible with good communication and organization skills
• Highly motivated with team spirit
• Computer literacy – MS Office, internet
