Independently order and maintain stock levels according to the established targets and optimize parameters in SAP to build customer requirements
Communicates daily with local and international suppliers to ensure on time and complete delivery of components and packaging
Monitor the flow of shipments in transit to ensure material arrives within the specified time frame
Arrange special transport due to increased customer requirements or supplier quality / transport failures and creates a detail planning for procured parts due to supplier failure or an engineering change
Proactively work on logistic process improvements
Independently communicates with the customer and ensures on time and complete deliveries, therefore achieving the highest customer satisfaction
Create documentation for sample and customer deliveries and works alongside the logistics team members to ensure a timely preparation of the shipment
Manage material changes in respect to modifications and ensure that the stock is on minimal level to avoid unnecessary obsolescence
