Logistics Associate

Qualix d.o.o. is the Serbian entity of the international Adrian Magnus brand, part of the Carazo Enterprise Group, founded in 2012. We operate across Europe, the United States, and Latin America, bringing some of the world’s finest handcrafted cigars to customers and partners around the world.

We are looking for a Logistics Associate to join our team in New Belgrade and become part of our international logistics operations.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is organized, analytical, detail-oriented and eager to learn in a dynamical environment. You will work closely with colleagues, warehouses, carriers and international partners, gaining hands-on experience in global logistics and supply chain operations.

What You’ll Do
As a Logistics Associate, you will support the coordination of international shipments, deliveries and inventory while helping ensure that orders reach our customers and partners smoothly and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Orders & Shipments
• Track shipments and follow up on delivery status
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams regarding deliveries
• Support returns and exchanges
• Prepare and check shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading

Carriers & Partners

• Communicate with carriers, warehouses and fulfillment partners
• Maintain accurate carrier and vendor information
• Support the onboarding of new logistics partners
• Monitor carrier performance and assist with rate and service comparisons

Inventory & Warehousing

• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses
• Assist with inventory checks and audits
• Identify slow-moving or potentially at-risk inventory

International Logistics & Compliance

• Support the preparation of customs and import/export documentation
• Learn and apply international trade and customs requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audit purposes
• Develop your understanding of Incoterms and international logistics procedures

Reporting & Process Improvement

1. Maintain basic logistics reports and KPI tracking
2. Help identify delays, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
3. Support initiatives aimed at reducing logistics costs and improving delivery efficiency
4. Assist with the implementation of logistics tools and software

 Team Support

• Respond to internal questions regarding shipments and deliveries
• Communicate with international colleagues across different time zones
• Support the logistics team with various projects and reporting tasks

What We’re Looking For

This is a entry level position, so you don’t need to know everything from day one. We are looking for someone with the right mindset, willingness to learn and strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, administration or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in international logistics is an advantage, but not essential
• English knowledge – both written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Analytical and structured approach to work
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Comfortable communicating with people across different time zones
• Willingness to learn about international shipping, customs and logistics processes

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Spanish
• Previous exposure to import/export procedures or fulfillment centers
• Basic understanding of Incoterms
• Interest in international trade and supply chain operations
