LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Organize and coordinate import, export, and re-export processes in compliance with internal procedures and legal regulations
Communicate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
Prepare and review documentation required for customs procedures
Arrange and coordinate domestic and international transportation
Record and monitor deliveries in SAP
Track inventory levels, shortages, and surpluses, ensuring data accuracy
Prepare logistics reports and propose improvements to optimize processes
Support the logistics team with other operational tasks as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum high school diploma; university degree in Logistics, Transport, Economics, or a related field is an advantage
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role is an advantage
Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Good command of MS Office
Experience working in SAP is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High level of accuracy and responsibility
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
