We are looking for:

Logistics Clerk (Inbound & Outbound & Receiving Inspection) who is responsible for managing of the inbound deliveries according to received documentation and issued purchase orders, preparing shipping documents according to the delivery notes and customer requirements and coordination of the process of supply goods, customs declaration and eliminating errors in transport documents.

Tasks

• Preparation of shipping, export and customs documents
• Efficient coordination of Incoming/Outgoing logistics in order to maintain the required continuous deliveries.
• Control of transportation costs and monitoring of transportation costs
• Monitoring and approving transportation invoices including deviations between expected and invoiced amounts.
• Verification of credit notes and debits
• Control and ordering of packaging materials, office supplies
• Archiving of documentation and maintaining archives in accordance with company regulations and processes
• Cooperation with other related sectors and carriers
• Coordination of the process of supplying goods, customs and eliminating errors in transportation documentation
• Conducting quality control in accordance with control plans, checking certificates and documentation from suppliers
• Monitoring the status of incoming deliveries and claiming quantity discrepancies and transportation damage
• Ability to read technical drawings and work with production plans (factory orders), ability to control materials using measuring tools
• Operating a manual forklift and handling transportation equipment (small pallet trucks and trolleys)
• Preparation of transportation documentation in accordance with shipping documents And customer requests
• Receiving inspection including certificate and documentation control
• Preparation and coordination of Extrastat & Instrastat declaration processes (if applicable)
• Handling and management of goods procurement within the warehouse to production lines, for spare parts, tools, direct material, indirect material/auxiliary materials
• Coordination of QN processes
• Continuous improvement of QN processes with quality and IT team
• Responsibility and handling of quarantine warehouse
• Cooperation with involved departments, quality and suppliers for QN resolution.
• Monitoring of QN processes and periodic reporting
• In cooperation with SQA and procurement department, coordination of goods supply processes and sustainable elimination of errors within goods supply.
• Preparation of transport documentation for re-delivery in accordance with shipping documents and customer requirements

Requirements

• 4th degree
• High school
• Knowledge of transport regulations and delivery conditions. Basic knowledge of customs procedures.
• Experience in knowing the customs regulations of the Republic of Serbia
• Several years of experience in the field of logistics and transport, freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of SAP modules (WM/MM/TMS) and MS Office packages
• SAP affinities
• Operational experience related to the receipt and dispatch of goods, warehousing
• Quick adoption of logistics processes
• Ability to read technical drawings and work with production plans (factory orders), ability to control materials using measuring tools.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP modules
• Teamwork - working with colleagues in a constructive, cooperative and friendly manner
• Time management - ability to meet required deadlines.
• English language (written and oral communication)
