We are seeking a driven, organized professional to keep freight moving across the U.S. You’ll be the link between drivers, customers and brokers—ensuring every load runs smoothly, efficiently and profitably. This position plays a critical role in ensuring freight is delivered safely and efficiently while upholding our promise of service excellence and building lasting customer relationships.

Remote position | Swing shift – Pacific Time business hours | 1 open position

What You'll Do

• Dispatch and plan truckload (TL) & partial truckload (PTL) freight throughout the United States
• Support drivers with trip planning, fuel optimization and real-time communication
• Build strong relationships with customers and brokers
• Negotiate freight rates and maximize profitability
• Monitor operations to reduce empty miles and cut costs
• Analyze available freight opportunities and match loads to available equipment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in trucking, dispatch, logistics or brokerage
• Knowledge of TL/PTL operations and U.S. freight corridors and transportation markets
• Experience using DAT Load Board or similar freight-matching platforms
• Strong written and spoken English, negotiation and organizational skills
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills
• Good computer literacy and confidence with Microsoft Office and TMS systems
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
• Knowledge of Hours-of-Service regulations
• Understanding of fuel optimization and routing strategies
