• Working hours aligned with the 2nd shift
• Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in internal systems
• Utilizing GPS, phone, and email communication to support daily operations
• Building and maintaining strong carrier relationships to meet customer needs
• Ensuring effective communication and coordination between customers and clients
• Supporting day-to-day operational tasks as assigned by the manager
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Demonstrating initiative, with a strong willingness to learn and grow
