Logistics Specialist

For our newly established entity in Serbia, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Logistics Specialist.

What will you be responsible for?

• Supporting daily logistics operations and transport execution for assigned shipments
• Assisting with planning and coordination of transport orders
• Working in the internal system and tracking shipment status
• Communicating with carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment progress
• Helping resolve day-to-day operational issues (delays, missing documents, shipment updates)
• Checking and ensuring the accuracy of transport and customs documentation
• Assisting with data analysis and preparation of operational reports
• Supporting invoice processing and documentation archiving
• Maintaining good working relationships with customers and logistics partners
• Following internal procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

What do we expect from you?

• At least secondary education
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to cooperate across departments
• Accuracy, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility
• English at a communicative level (email and phone)
• User-level knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

What is an advantage (not a requirement)?

• Experience with customs procedures / cooperation with customs brokers
• Experience with internal logistics systems or TMS
• Ability to quickly prioritize when multiple urgent tasks arise at the same time
• Experience working with carriers and transport coordination
