We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Logistics Specialist to join our team and support our import and export operations in the automotive manufacturing industry.

In this role, you will be involved in organizing domestic and international transportation, preparing import/export documentation, and coordinating customs clearance activities.

What You’ll Do

• Organize and coordinate domestic and international transportation for the company’s import and export activities.
• Arrange transportation according to business, delivery, and production requirements.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates on transportation status, delays, or potential issues.
• Prepare and check documentation required for import, export, and customs clearance.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities and communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Prepare and verify relevant shipping and customs documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, CMRs, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
• Support the resolution of transportation and customs-related issues to minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transportation, import/export, and customs activities.
• Perform regular checks and reconciliation of logistics-related records and costs.
• Cooperate closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Finance, and other departments.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, customs operations, or a similar field.
• Basic understanding of international transportation and import/export processes.
• Familiarity with customs documentation and clearance procedures.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or the automotive industry is considered an advantage.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn and further develop in the field of logistics and customs operations.
