Long - term Expertise
For our client, a leader that carries out an International project, we are searching for:
Long - Term Expertise
General Objective:
- To assist the Team with the implementation of project activities.
Profile of the Expert:
- University degree, preferably in Economics, or equivalent background
- Very good written and spoken English. Fluency in Serbian language is a strong assets
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, e-mail, internet)
- Good analytical, appraisal and planning skills
- Excellent facilitation, communication, drafting and reporting skills (oral and written)
- In possession of a valid driving license
- Two - three years of proven experience in Economics and financial management, rules of international donors Funds (WB - EU...). Experience in policy reforms is an asset
- Ability to assist the Team in design and deliver trainings
- Previous experience in working in an international environment would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of the Serbian economy (Macro - Economy)
- Two - three years experience of communicating socio - economic planning in private or public sector
- Experience in cultural change, flexibility and diplomacy are considered as strong asset
