SLVWZ HOLDING is looking for a motivated and organized Maintenance Coordinator to join our trucking company and help manage fleet maintenance operations across the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate truck and trailer repairs
• Monitor preventive maintenance and service intervals
• Communicate with drivers, repair shops, and vendors
• Handle breakdowns and roadside assistance requests
• Review repair estimates and invoices
• Track maintenance records and ensure compliance
• Minimize equipment downtime and maximize fleet efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous experience in trucking, fleet maintenance (1+ year preffered)
• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of truck and trailer components is a plus
• English proficiency required
• Experience with maintenance software is an advantage
