Maintenance Coordinator

(working hours 15-23h, flexible)

Job Description:

Due to business expansion, we are looking for a responsible and organized individual to join our team as a Maintenance Coordinator, responsible for overseeing the maintenance of a fleet of U.S.-based trucks and coordinating service activities from an office position.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and monitor scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for box trucks and semi-trucks
  • Communicate with drivers, repair shops, and parts suppliers across the United States
  • Record equipment failures and plan necessary repairs
  • Track maintenance expenses and optimize service processes
  • Coordinate emergency repairs and roadside assistance services
  • Maintain service documentation and maintenance records
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs for the entire fleet
  • Collaborate with Dispatch and Safety teams to ensure maximum operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in the trucking industry
  • Basic knowledge of truck mechanical systems (engine, transmission, brakes, tires, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace)
  • Previous experience in fleet maintenance is a must
