Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment, factory buildings, cranes, control equipment and auxiliary equipment.
  • Directing, coordinating and managing Maintenance and Process Engineers, while ensuring that engineers and technicians performs the job duties defined in the job description, fulfilling company goals in accordance with the client requirements.
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of manufacturing processes. Responsible for data analysis, identifying process improvements and implementing solutions to optimize production.
  • Propose improvement of work processes by constantly looking for solutions to ensure the best results in terms of productivity and ensuring compliance with processes, procedures, operational instructions and work instructions.
  • Contributes to the development of the company's strategy and implements the development strategy in the area of ​​production engineering to achieve the company's short-term and long-term goals.
  • Develops and implements all necessary policies, techniques, processes and procedures in order for production to achieve its goals while achieving engineering department goals.
  • Audits and propose improvements to work processes by constantly looking for solutions to ensure the best results in terms of productivity and ensuring compliance with processes and procedures, operating instructions and handling instructions.
  • Acts as the company's primary advisor on all engineering matters. Keeps abreast of the latest technologies to keep the company in a competitive position.
  • Develops all necessary systems and processes to ensure products are of appropriate quality and within established price limits.
  • Responsible for PFMEA, flow diagrams actual programs and new programs, also for feasibility study for new programs.
  • Examines specifications and recommendations regarding ergonomic improvements and proposes potential solutions for improving of ergonomy.
  • Encourages continuous progress in business research (KAIZEN, DO IT), in preparation and creation of a Manufacturing Equipment Quotation (MEQ) if needed, also the ordering and implementation of these solutions.
  • Works on improving operational efficiency by reducing machine downtime and reducing breakdowns caused by equipment technical problems.
  • Responsible for creating equipment maintenance plans, namely: autonomous, preventive and predictive maintenance, in order to achieve the KPI targets: minimum equipment downtime, minimum stock of spare parts (expressed in value), minimum IPPM, MTBF (machine time between failure), МТТР (machine time to repair).
  • Equipment assembly and commissioning supervision during production start-up.
  • Coordination of the engagement of external collaborators regarding the assembly and installation of equipment in the company.
  • Responsible for maintaining the ISO 50001 energy efficiency system. He takes care of achieving the set targets in terms of energy consumption (electricity, gas, oil, compressed air, water, etc...).
  • Responsible for carrying out a risk analysis of the equipment, defining critical machines (in terms of stopping production, stopping the customer, etc.), defining critical defects and accordingly defining contingency plans to reduce risks.
  • Plans and implements appropriate training and development programs for employees in his team.

Qualification, skills, requairement:

  • Technical university degree
  • 3 years of work experience in managerial positions in a manufacturing company
  • Failure and incident management
  • Risk analysis for equipment, defining critical machines and critical parts and assemblies, defining plans for critical situations
  • Knowledge, technical literacy and experience for standardising process and creating necessary procedures, WI and checklist.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3
  • Knowledge of PFMEA and flow chart diagrams
  • English language
