THE ROLE

• Oversees the infrastructure, equipment, and grounds of the hotel.
• Ensures a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
• Enforces compliance with health and safety standards.
• Leads the maintenance team.
• Manages third-party contractors.
• Pre-opening experience preferred.
• Plans and oversees renovations and repair projects.
• Implements financial control, proactive safety compliance, and strong vendor management to protect the property's assets.

THE IDEAL PROFILE

• A hands-on leader who keeps operations running safely with minimal guest disruption.
• Pre-opening experience preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering or a relevant maintenance field.
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Practical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
• Ability to manage and train an on-site team while coordinating daily tasks with other hotel departments.
