Maintenance Manager

AFI Hotel Management doo Belgrade is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Manager for a new AC Hotel Airport City Belgrade opening to join the team.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager responsible for organizing, supervising, and maintaining all hotel technical systems and facilities in compliance with Marriott standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing and supervising daily maintenance activities across hotel facilities
• Managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and external service providers
• Monitoring HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other technical systems
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, hotel procedures, and local regulations
• Monitoring maintenance costs and controlling departmental budgets
• Managing spare parts, tools, and technical inventory
• Coordinating maintenance activities with operational departments to minimize guest disruption
• Participating in pre-opening technical preparations and system testing
• Leading and developing the maintenance team

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in hotel maintenance or engineering management
• Strong knowledge of technical systems and maintenance procedures
• Experience managing technical teams and external contractors
• Understanding of health, safety, and fire protection standards
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and maintenance management systems is desirable
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and professionalism
