Maintenance Officer

We are a small, family-owned trucking company based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, with a branch office in Jagodina and Belgrade, Serbia. Looking to hire an on-site Maintenance Officer for our team.

Requirements:

• Great speaking and writing English skills

• 6+ months of experience in a maintenance role

Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing regular and emergency vehicle maintenance.
• Responding promptly to on-road breakdowns and coordinating roadside assistance.
• Monitoring the technical condition of vehicles using diagnostic tools and inspections.
• Keeping records of maintenance, repairs, and servicing activities.
• Coordinating with external service providers and suppliers of spare parts.
• Ensuring that all vehicles comply with road safety regulations and legal standards.
• Organizing technical inspections and vehicle safety checks.
• Reporting to management on fleet status and proposing improvements.
