Maintenance Team Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring the effective execution of preventive, predictive, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities
• Ensure equipment reliability, availability, and performance through effective maintenance planning, execution, and KPI monitoring
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee daily maintenance activities, including shutdowns, repairs, and technical interventions
• Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance strategies and the continuous improvement of maintenance processes
• Support Production teams in the development of processes and capabilities for TPM
• Respond to breakdowns and ensure the timely resolution of technical issues
• Coordinate external contractors and service providers during maintenance activities
• Execute projects related to technical upgrades of production equipment
• Ensure the availability and control of spare parts, materials, and maintenance resources
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting in SAP
• Support root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other functions to ensure stable operations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related technical field)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing
• Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
• FMCG or beverage industry experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and maintenance planning
• Experience with SAP PM or similar CMMS systems is an advantage
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good English language skills
