For our fine hosiery production facility “8 Mart d.o.o.” in Subotica, Northern Serbia we are looking for a Manager Production (f/m/d) with fluent business language skills in English and/or German

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Optimization of production processes
• Implementation of an ERP system
• Identification of cost saving potentials and their implementation
• Reorganization of workflows
• Production and price controlling

Your profile:

• Fluent business German or English
• Completed studies
• More than 3 years working experience in production processes
• Controlling knowledge
• Strong analytical skills
• Above average commitment and high flexibility
