Your Mission will be to:

We’re Looking For:

• experience in production, trading, or food industries (leadership exposure preferred, but not necessarily at director level)
• strong organizational skills and people management skills, along with respect for structure, processes, and discipline
• people first mindset: you value respect, growth, sharing and collaboration
• ambition to grow into a senior leadership role, with curiosity and drive to learn
