About the Role

Location: Belgrade, Serbia (New Belgrade).
Employment Type: Full-time, office based.

As a Market Analyst, you will work in a fast-paced environment where you will analyse global financial markets, identify trading opportunities, and support the development of trading strategies using professional market data and analytical tools.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics), economics, or Finance.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and trading.
• Ability to make informed decisions under uncertainty and perform under pressure.
• Ambition to build a long-term career in a performance-driven environment.
• Programming and AI skills would be considered an advantage.
