Market Data Analyst (Fundamental Data)

TeleTrader is announcing the following vacancy within its Data Maintenance department: Market Data Analyst (Fundamental Data)

Main Tasks:

• Financial analysis of companies listed on worldwide stock exchanges
• Quality assurance of financial market data
  • analysis of data errors
  • correction of data errors
  • data cleaning

• Written and verbal communication with external stakeholders (e.g. clients, stock exchanges, data sources)
• Supporting other TeleTrader departments with data-related questions

Requirements:

• Educated in one of the following areas: Economics, Business, Finance
• Knowledge of IFRS/ US GAAP accounting standards
• Strong understanding of the financial markets, especially financial market data and various asset classes (stocks, bonds, funds, derivatives, etc.)
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn an unfamiliar software and/or technology
• SQL know-how preferred
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and cooperate with peers
• Fluent written and spoken English
• German speakers will be given advantage
