MG Group is hiring! We are seeking 3 experienced Market Development Professionals with a background in electrical engineering. The ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for identifying Investment Opportunities in Solar, Wind, Hydroelectric Power Plants, and Battery Energy Storage System projects across Serbia and neighboring countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hydroelectric, and battery energy storage system).
Conduct market research and analysis to support the development and execution of business strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and industry players.
Regularly travel across Serbia and neighboring countries to explore project sites and meet with potential partners.

Requirements:

A background in electrical engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in market development or a related field.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively across Serbia and surrounding countries.
Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
