We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist who will turn data into actionable insights that directly influence commercial decision-making. In this role, you will connect numbers with customer behavior, market dynamics, and business objectives. You will play a key role in evaluating performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis.
What we will expect from you:
- Support other commercial teams with analytical findings
- Analyze performance across prepaid, postpaid, and fixed services, including new product launches, portfolio changes, and promotional campaigns
- Monitor key commercial KPIs, identifying gaps versus targets and uncovering root causes
- Track competitor activities and telecom market trends, translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate closely with other teams to support decision-making with data-backed insights
For a good start you will need:
- University degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with complex datasets
- Experience in telecom industry is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI or similar)
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Proactive, “can-do” attitude with a focus on delivering results
