Marketing and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and independent Marketing and Business Development Specialist  to join our US-based partner company, 3Elements. 3Elements is a boutique firm that helps organizations and executives lead complex change by strengthening leadership capacity, organizational resilience, and enterprise‑level readiness. Core services include organizational development and change, leadership development, and executive coaching and self-leadership. 

As a Marketing and Business Development Specialist, you will grow the company by driving lead generation, blending marketing and business development execution, program support, and system and process improvement. 

Responsibilities:

Marketing support 40%

• Lead LinkedIn-centered marketing and content strategy, with support across platforms like YouTube or Pinterest
• Repurpose video, webinar, and speaking content into posts, newsletters, blogs, and short-form content
• Manage content scheduling and publishing in alignment with brand voice.
• Maintain and optimize Squarespace pages, lead magnets, and opt-in flows
• Handle light design and basic video editing for a polished brand presence

Business development, lead generation, and authority building 40%

• Research target companies and decision-makers aligned with enterprise change, leadership, and small-business consulting work
• Manage and optimize CRM systems, including pipeline tracking, reporting, and data-driven recommendations
• Use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build lead lists, identify stakeholders, and support outreach campaigns
• Track conversations, manage follow-ups, and surface qualified opportunities for direct engagement
• Identify speaking, podcast, and partnership opportunities aligned with target audiences
• Monitor website and campaign analytics to improve positioning, engagement, and conversion

Client and program support 10%

• Design and manage onboarding and follow-up systems for coaching programs, including forms, assessments, communications, and reminders
• Support LMS selection, setup, and ongoing management for flagship programs
• Maintain program dashboards to track enrollment, completion, and participant feedback
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communications for workshops and group programs

Event and community support 10%

• Plan and manage live events and streams, including platform setup, event pages, promotion, and follow-up
• Identify and coordinate local networking, speaking, and industry events aligned with target audiences
• Manage registrations and pre-/post-event communications and follow-up
• Provide light calendar and inbox management to support prioritization and scheduling
• Track invoices, payment status, contracts, and retainer usage within secure internal systems

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting coaches, consultants, or B2B professional services businesses, ideally with enterprise clients
• Proven ability to run marketing and business development operations end-to-end
• Experience managing online programs, LMS platforms, and virtual learning environments
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and executive presence
• Highly organized, proactive, and accountable, with the ability to build scalable systems and workflows
• Comfortable balancing creative execution with data-driven analysis and optimization
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, email marketing tools, Squarespace, Canva, and basic video editing
• AI-literate, with experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity for research, content, and workflow support
• Familiarity with organizational change, leadership development, or transformation-focused services – plus
