Marketing Assistant

Contract type: through Workforce Agency, temporary 12 months

Here are the qualifications you need for the position:
- University degree (Economy, Management, Psychology, Philology)
- Excellent communication and process management skills
- Innovation mindset
- Presentation skills, knowledge of PowerPoint
- Computer skills in a Windows environment (MS Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Good knowledge of numbers, analytical and problem-solving skills, very good command of Excel
- English language (advanced level, written and verbal)
- Driver’s license, category B
What should be your tasks?
- Active participation in development of ATL assets (TVC, Digital, KV, POSM, etc.)
- Coordinate ATL assets formatting and delivery with creative and media agencies, together with preparing all administration relevant for media providers (e.g. declaration)
- Package changes – coordinating with creative agency and obtaining approvals from all relevant departments, then forwarding to Purchasing/Suppliers
- Coordinate event/promotion execution and follow-up with BTL/Event agency
- Coordinate PR activities with agencies
- Manage agencies to achieve all deliverables on time
- Prepare analyses on brand performance: volume performance, distribution performance, pricing, brand health parameters, brand profitability, media indicators, competitive activities, and ad hoc analyses for specific project purposes, with the purpose of supporting Brand Strategy and Activation development and execution
- Budget control (follow-up, SAP handling, regular contact with Finance and Purchasing departments)
- General administration tasks (invoice follow-up, managing PRs and POs in SAP, organizing and coordinating meetings, making minutes and follow-up)
