We are hiring a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Kragujevac. 
This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys learning, follows digital trends, has plenty of ideas, and wants to work on multiple brands across different industries.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support marketing activities across multiple brands and projects.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities.
• Monitor social media channels and manage community engagement.
• Help create and coordinate content for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative campaign ideas.
• Assist with planning and executing marketing initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with design, content, sales, and development teams.
• Take ownership of smaller marketing initiatives and gradually grow into larger strategic responsibilities.

What You Bring:

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced English language knowledge
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends.
