Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Support the development and execution of social media activities across LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with company initiatives, events, employee activities, and business goals.
- Adapt content format, tone, and messaging to suit each platform and audience.
Content Creation & Production
- Research logistics, transportation, and industry-related topics to identify relevant content opportunities.
- Read and summarize industry news, articles, and market trends that can be transformed into engaging social media content.
- Create, capture, and publish photo and video content featuring employees, office life, company events, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with employees and management to develop authentic content that reflects the company culture.
- Brainstorm and propose creative content ideas aligned with company values and objectives.
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions across all channels.
- Help build and maintain an engaged online community through authentic and professional communication.
- Identify audience feedback, sentiment trends, and opportunities for improvement, and communicate them to management.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor content performance and platform trends to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Stay informed about LinkedIn and Instagram algorithm updates, content trends, and best practices.
- Track the effectiveness of content initiatives and continuously refine content approaches based on audience response and internal feedback.
- Gather feedback from employees and management to help improve content quality and relevance.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, branding, and digital marketing.
- Understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram platforms and their content formats.
- Ability to research industry topics and turn insights into engaging social media content.
- Basic photography and video creation skills (phone content creation is sufficient).
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Serbian (written and spoken).
- Creative, trend-aware, organized, and highly proactive.
