In the name of our client, Fujitsu Siemens Computers, we are looking for motivated individuals for the following position:
Marketing Coordinator Serbia
Job responsibilities:
- Coordinates and executes marketing actions in cooperation with agencies and business partners according to the respective marketing plan
- Coordinates marketing activities within the Adriatic Region with colleagues from Croatia and Slovenia
- Regular retail shop visits - planning and organization of promotional activities, market , competition and in-store presence analysis
- Supports general sales activities in cooperation with external partners, supports advertising activities for sales, at customers and during events
- Close coordination with internal sales team, complete understanding of their needs
- Keeps track of and understands competitor motives/marketing actions and general developments and incorporates them in their strategy
- Investigation on new media/marketing partners and development of relationships with existing ones
- Negotiations with marketing service partners/ vendor
- Organization of events such as seminars and trainings in cooperation with local resources
- Communicates constantly with international marketing and product management to assess and improve marketing execution
- Actualization of local branch web page with relevant content, investigates/executes on opportunities to develop/improve local web pages
- Administration of all marketing related invoicing, tools, processes and other formal company procedures and/or requirements
Essential qualifications for the position are:
- Academic degree in marketing or business administration or equivalent
- Several years relevant professional experience (min. 2 years)
- Fluent in English and Serbian
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, and other basic office programs
- Dynamic and pro-active nature
- Team player
- Open to deal with technical content
- Result orientation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
