Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for an organized, proactive and responsible person who will be an important part of the marketing team and participate in the implementation of marketing activities and campaigns through various communication channels. The position involves project coordination, cooperation with internal teams, agencies and external partners, as well as active participation in the implementation of marketing and brand activities. The ideal candidate has experience working on brands, understands integrated marketing communications and is able to independently manage operational processes and multiple parallel tasks.

Your responsibilities include

• Participation in the planning, organization and implementation of marketing campaigns through digital and offline communication channels (ATL, BTL, PR)
• Coordination of daily marketing activities and monitoring of project flow between different teams and partners
• Organization and coordination of productions, filming, events, promotional activities and other marketing initiatives
• Monitoring the implementation of campaigns in accordance with deadlines, budgets and priorities 
• Participation in the implementation of communication and brand strategy through all relevant channels
• Concern for the consistent application of the visual identity and tone of brand communication
• Preparation of presentations, marketing proposals, reports and basic creative briefs
• Participation in the preparation of content for social networks, newsletters, website and other communication channels
• Basic creation of digital content (short-form video, interviews, social media content) and simpler visuals and presentations in tools such as Canva, Adobe packages or similar programs
• Daily communication and coordination with creative, digital, PR and production agencies and internal teams
• Cooperation with printers, productions, influencers, media and other external parties partners
• Monitoring the quality and delivery dates of all marketing materials and activities
• Management of marketing plans, calendar of activities and project documentation
• Monitoring of budget, costs and administrative processes related to marketing activities

You bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of marketing, brand communication and digital channels
• Experience in coordinating multiple parallel activities and collaborating with different teams and partners
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Independence, proactivity and responsibility in work
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities
• Basic digital content creation and working knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools or similar programs is a plus
• Advanced use of MS Office packages
• Active knowledge of the English language in writing and communication
