Marketing & Design Specialist

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing & design coordination role, ideally within engineering, architecture, construction, or professional services.  
• Professional working proficiency in English.  
• Strong visual communication and graphic design capabilities.  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly InDesign). 
• Experience with Figma and Wix Studio a bonus.  
• Strategic and commercially aware mindset with the ability to contribute creative ideas and tailored client solutions.  
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.  
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination, design, layout, content and production of assigned digital and print marketing materials including presentations, brochures, newsletters, resumes, project profiles, and more. 
• General marketing support through Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint. 
• Graphic design support as required through desktop publishing software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Digital design support through Figma and Wix Studio as required. 
• Use of Microsoft Planner for project management. 
• Close collaboration with the wider global marketing and communications team to share best practice, improve processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
