Marketing Manager – Social Media (Instagram & TikTok)

We're XO Angels, a creator management agency. As a Marketing Manager, you'll own the short-form strategy of 2-4 creators end to end: scripts, shot lists, feedback to creators and editors, and constant testing until the numbers move. Your only real goal: views that turn into real reach.

What you'll actually do

• Analyse viral short-form content, understand why it worked, and adapt it for our creators.
• Write scripts and shot lists that your creators then shoot. Give them precise feedback on what worked, what didn't, and what needs to change.
• Direct editors and posters. You own the output, they execute it.
• Analyse every post: why did this hit, why did that flop, what do we double down on this week.
• Test bold ideas fast, kill what doesn't work, scale what does.

Who we're looking for

This is not a 9-to-5. When a Reel goes viral on a Sunday night, you're on it. When an account gets banned at 10pm on a weekday, you handle it. Weekends are normally off, but when there's an emergency you step in, no discussion. If that puts you off, this role isn't for you.

We want:

• Obsession with short-form. You watch TikTok and Reels for hours voluntarily and can explain why a video works. You're not learning this, you already live it.
• Ownership mindset. You treat your creators' accounts like your own business. No excuses, no "the editor didn't deliver", you make it happen.
• Analytical eye. You can look at 20 videos and tell us what pattern connects the winners.
• Fluent English. Non-negotiable.
• Bonus, not required: experience growing IG or TikTok accounts, agency or marketing background. We care more about drive and taste than about your CV.
