Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Hilton Belgrade located in Belgrade. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans, creating press releases and media pitches, managing media relations, and overseeing all public relations activities for the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing plans and objectives, implementing them effectively.
• Manage day-to-day marketing activities and execute long-term marketing strategies.
• Create and oversee marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Conduct market research and execute promotional campaigns, including events, sponsorships, and Hilton Honors initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with sales activities and advise on pricing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze marketing results, preparing regular reports for evaluation.
• Collaborate with various departments and regional/global marketing teams within the Hilton Group.
• Ensure adherence to hotel standards and procedures.
• Liaise with external collaborators such as marketing agencies, authors, and artists.
• Address customer feedback promptly, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Press Releases and Media Relations skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Public Relations and Strategic Communications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the luxury hotel industry is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
