We are looking for: Marketing Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and implement marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and support the Company's business objectives;
• Manage and regularly update the Company's websites, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency;
• Create, edit, and maintain promotional materials, graphics, visual content, and marketing assets;
• Manage the Company's social media platforms by planning, creating, publishing, and monitoring engaging content;
• Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, either independently or in cooperation with internal teams and external partners;
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify business opportunities and improve marketing performance;
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Department and other business units to align marketing initiatives with business needs and strategic goals;
• Coordinate communication and cooperation with designers, content creators, agencies, media representatives, and other external partners;
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements based on performance metrics;
• Develop creative marketing concepts, promotional strategies, and branding initiatives that enhance the Company's market presence;
• Ensure consistent application of the Company's visual identity and brand standards across all communication channels;
• Effectively manage assigned tasks, prioritize workload, and adjust activities to meet deadlines and business requirements;
• Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, branding, and communications;

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an advantage);
• Advanced proficiency in the English language;
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and online advertising;
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content;
• Basic knowledge of website management and web design;
• Experience with graphic design and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar) is considered an advantage;
• Strong creativity, visual sense, and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
