The Marketing Manager is a senior, hands-on marketing professional responsible for executing go-to-market initiatives across multiple brands, products, and channels. This role supports campaign development and execution across digital marketing, content marketing, product launches, events, and sales enablement.
This person must be highly self-sufficient, organized, and execution-focused, with the judgment to manage priorities independently and the versatility to move between strategy support and day-to-day production. The ideal candidate brings deep marketing experience, strong project ownership, and comfort using modern tools, including AI, to increase speed and output without compromising quality.
Description of Duties:
- Support the execution of go-to-market plans across products, launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Develop and manage marketing content across channels, including email, web, social, presentations, sales materials, and campaign assets.
- Use AI tools and platforms such as Canva and related software to accelerate content creation, repurposing, research, ideation, and execution.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure projects launch on time and meet business objectives.
- Assist with digital marketing efforts, including paid campaigns, landing pages, nurture content, and organic content promotion.
- Support event marketing initiatives, including pre-event promotion, on-site collateral, follow-up campaigns, and content reuse after events.
- Partner with sales, product, leadership, and outside vendors to ensure messaging and deliverables are aligned.
- Help create repeatable processes that improve marketing efficiency, scalability, and content reuse across brands and channels.
- Track campaign performance and provide clear reporting on outputs, timelines, and contribution to business goals.
- Serve as a dependable executor who can move projects forward with limited oversight.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B software, SaaS, technology, or other complex service-based industries.
- Strong background across several marketing disciplines, including content, digital campaigns, events, product marketing support, and sales enablement.
- Demonstrated ability to execute campaigns from brief to launch with minimal supervision.
- Experience using AI tools productively in a professional marketing workflow.
- Proficiency with Canva and standard marketing platforms such as CMS tools, email platforms, project management tools, CRM systems, analytics tools, and presentation software.
- Strong written English and the ability to create polished business-facing content.
- Excellent organizational skills, judgment, and follow-through.
- Comfortable operating in a multi-brand, fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
