The Role

You own marketing operations: the systems layer and the publishing layer of the business.

• GoHighLevel is your home. Automations, workflows, pipelines, tags, funnels, and landing pages. You build them, maintain them, and fix them when they break.
• Social content. LinkedIn, Instagram, X: scheduled, published, and tracked.
• Email newsletter. You take existing content, prepare it, and schedule it. You are not writing the copy. You make it look right and go out on time.
• Canva. Carousels, creatives, and thumbnails, built inside an existing brand system.
• Podcast. Taking recorded episodes, editing them, and publishing them.
• Light video editing. Clips, subtitles, B-roll, cutting things together.
• Direct support to the founder. Organization, scheduling, and follow-up, plus keeping track of what is outstanding across the team and chasing it.

What this role is NOT

Not strategy. Not copywriting. Not paid ads management.

The frameworks exist. What we need is execution and an eye for continuous improvement.

This is a contractor role. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, etc. We pay the salary; you take care of the rest.

Who We Are Hiring

You have actually built in GoHighLevel. Not "used a similar CRM". Not "familiar with it". You have built workflows with triggers, conditions, wait steps, and exit conditions, and you can describe one from memory right now. This is the hardest requirement in this ad, and we will test it before we hire.

You work in Canva without needing a designer to hold your hand, and your output looks consistent rather than like a template with swapped text.

You are genuinely self-organized. We give you outcomes and deadlines, not step-by-step instructions. If you need someone checking in on you at 11 a.m. to know what to do, this will not work.

You communicate daily without being asked. A short end-of-day report is a standing part of this job, not a bureaucratic extra.

You treat clear instructions as clear instructions, not as suggestions.

C1 English minimum, written and spoken. Everything here happens in English.

Hours and How We Work

Fully remote, CET timezone or close to it.

For your first 60 days: fixed hours, roughly 11:00 to 19:00 CET with breaks, so you learn the systems properly and we build rhythm together.

After that, hours are flexible. We care about deliverables and KPIs, not clock time. Expect 4 to 8 hours a day depending on the week. Some weeks are quieter; launch weeks are not. What we do not do is expect you online outside agreed hours.

The Money

1,300 to 1,800 USD per month, depending on demonstrated experience, and potentially more for the right person. Paid monthly.
