What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Marketing Operator to help us establish our first local presence in Belgrade while supporting day-to-day social media operations for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, organized, dependable, and interested in learning how organic social media marketing works behind the scenes. You do not need years of experience or a polished corporate background. What matters most is that you are reliable, detail-oriented, coachable, and willing to take ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for posting content across multiple social media accounts according to provided schedules, following clear instructions, keeping things organized, and helping ensure that client content goes out accurately and on time. 

As one of our first team members, you’ll also act as the local point of contact for our Belgrade office. This means helping keep the space organized, assisting with basic office coordination, and being the person we can trust locally as the company grows its presence in Serbia.

Over time, this role can expand significantly. As you learn our systems and prove yourself, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility across social media operations, content workflows, account coordination, team support, and potentially management.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, not someone who is just looking for a short-term position.

Responsibilities

• Posting content across social media accounts according to provided schedules
• Making sure posts are published on time and in the correct format
• Checking that captions, files, links, tags, and posting instructions are followed accurately
• Keeping track of completed posts and reporting any issues clearly
• Helping organize content, assets, schedules, and account information
• Supporting day-to-day social media operations across different client accounts
• Communicating with the team when something is missing, unclear, delayed, or needs approval
• Helping maintain consistency across accounts, platforms, and client workflows
• Acting as the local point of contact for our Belgrade office
• Helping keep the Belgrade office organized and functional
• Supporting the company as we build and grow our Serbia-based team
• Taking on additional marketing, operations, or coordination tasks as the role grows

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions, schedules, and processes accurately
• Basic understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and X
• Responsibility and consistency with deadlines
• Willingness to learn new systems and improve over time
• Ability to work independently without needing constant supervision
• Professionalism, discretion, and good judgment when working with client accounts
• Based in Belgrade or able to commute to Belgrade consistently
