Qiangsheng Machinery d.o.o. is a specialized manufacturer and distributor of electric pallet trucks and electric pallet stackers. We provide high-quality electric logistics equipment widely used in warehouses, logistics parks, manufacturing plants, and supermarkets. To further expand our business in Serbia and the surrounding Balkan region, we are seeking a proactive and ambitious Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team and grow with us in this dynamic market.

Position Marketing & Sales Assistant

Primary Work Location Beogradskog bataljona 4, Banovo Brdo, Belgrade, Serbia

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Part

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook).
• Convert social media engagement and inquiries into actionable sales leads.
• Assist in developing the Balkan market (Serbia and neighboring countries) by identifying new B2B opportunities in logistics, manufacturing, and retail chains (primarily through online outreach).

2. Marketing and Sales Support & Operations

• Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
• Execute online promotion for electric pallet trucks and stackers; handle quotations and order tracking.
• Manage sales documentation, including technical specifications, price lists, contracts, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate logistics and customs clearance processes (assisting with basic customs documentation).
• Act as a liaison for local market intelligence, reporting on customer needs and order progress.
• Perform other administrative and sales support tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experience: Highly motivated candidates with strong learning abilities are welcome to apply. Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales assistance is preferred.
• Language: Native Serbian; English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the local logistics, industrial, or warehousing sectors is a plus. Knowledge of electric pallet jacks and stackers is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email) with basic data entry and document management skills.
• Attitude: Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and a customer-service-oriented mindset. Willingness for occasional local short-distance travel and long-term career stability.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Structure: Base salary (800–1,000 EUR net/month) + Performance Bonus + Sales Commission.
• Total Annual Earnings: Estimated at no less than 15,000 EUR (including commissions and bonuses).
