QSLiFT (Qiangsheng Machinery d.o.o.) is a specialized manufacturer and distributor of electric pallet trucks and electric pallet stackers. We provide high-quality electric logistics equipment widely used in warehouses, logistics parks, manufacturing plants, and supermarkets. To further expand our business in Serbia and the surrounding Balkan region, we are seeking a proactive and ambitious Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our team and grow with us in this dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities

With the platform and resources provided by the company, the candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Proactively develop high-quality key accounts (including brand distributors and dealers) in Serbia and neighboring Balkan countries, focusing on manufacturing factories, logistics and warehousing companies, industrial enterprises, and related channels to expand the sales market for our electric warehouse pallet trucks and material handling equipment.
• Provide professional product introductions, quotation support, business negotiation assistance, and after-sales follow-up services for the company’s full range of industrial products, including forklifts, industrial floor scrubbers, warehouse handling equipment, and related machinery.
• Assist in achieving sales targets, maintain and organize customer databases, update customer follow-up records in a timely manner, and regularly report market trends, competitor information, and changes in customer demands.
• Coordinate with internal company teams to follow up on the entire process of order handling, shipment arrangements, document preparation, and customer acceptance, ensuring smooth order execution and delivery.
• Participate in local industry exhibitions, customer visits, and business development activities, assist with on-site reception and market expansion, and continuously enhance the company’s local brand awareness and market influence.

Daily Work Overview

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Convert social media interactions and inquiries into actionable sales leads, and develop B2B customers (our target clients are all business customers) through emails, phone calls, and offline visits.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or above (mandatory), native speaker of Serbian.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory); adept at B2B business communication and negotiation, with sharp market insight and client development capabilities.
• Prior sales experience in industrial equipment, forklifts, machinery, logistics equipment or industrial products is preferred.
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined, result-oriented. Capable of independently developing new clients and maintaining key account relationships steadily.
• Good team spirit, execution skills and ability to work under pressure.

Standard Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8 hours per day （9:00-17:00)

Salary After Probation Period

Base salary: 800 EUR/month+Commissions

(Annual average total salary will not be less than 1,200.00 EUR/month.)
